Purple Day® Around the World Epilepsy Conference

The Anita Kaufmann Foundation and The Epilepsy Association as the conference principals (Hereafter called Principals.) desire to provide you with the best experience possible where you can meet likeminded persons as well as provide you with a platform for positive learning and information regarding epilepsy/seizures.

These Terms of Use will take effect at the time you complete your registration for yourself or others. If you violate any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use the conference site will automatically terminate. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Please check back often to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes to these terms.

This conference is provided for your personal information and education. This conference as used in these Terms of Use includes, without limitation, both the Anita Kaufman Foundation and The Epilepsy Association (Principals) and any others released by the conference from time to time as well as vendor content and applications on third-party websites and/or social-networking services such as Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter and applications on mobile devices. Your use of this conference is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of the conference site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for this conference.

Copyright and intellectual property policy. All names, logos, service marks, and trademarks appearing in this conference, including the trademarks, service marks, brand identities, characters, trade names, graphics, designs, copyrights and all other intellectual property (Conference Content"), except as otherwise noted, are protected intellectual property of, or used with permission or under license by, The Anita Kaufmann Foundation, The Epilepsy Association and their conference “vendors/sponsors”. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other content within the conference, except as provided in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited. You may print download and print copies of the information provided via the conference for your personal use, store the files on your computer for personal use. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, circulate or otherwise disseminate content (text or graphics) to others without our expressed written consent. Also, you may not, without our permission, copy and distribute this information on any other webserver, or modify or re-use text or graphics from the conference.   Any use of conference content not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Use of Content. You are authorized to view or download materials provided through the conference site for such purposes solely for your noncommercial personal use and for no other purpose. The conference reserves any rights not explicitly granted in these Terms of Use.

Personal Login Information. Certain features and areas of the Conference will are available to you only with registration and login. You will required to register. Some information from your registration may be shared to enhance your experience to meet others and gain information that you are interested in.

As a consequence, you may see materials that have been submitted to the conference by individuals not affiliated with conference.
