You can also notify your attendees of their personalized schedules in advance via email, and let them know as soon as possible of any updates or changes via automated messages so everyone’s calendars are in sync.
It’s important to keep notifications at a frequency that works for your guests. Too few notifications will result in your guests being unsure of what’s going on, whereas too many will overload them and lead to disengagement.
You can change settings for notifications at any time before or during your event in the ‘Manage event’ tab. This allows tailor your notifications to the stage your event is currently at, optimizing contact to get the best response from your audience.
