Chicago, Illinois – June 2015 Conference Software Solutions has partnered for the fourth time with Collinson Media and Events to deliver over 14,000 appointments for 971 attendees for their Collaborate Marketplace event.
Collaborate Marketplace, an annual education conference and appointment-only trade show, is a highly respected event that brings together the most active corporate planners, suppliers and experts in Corporate, Incentive and Citywide meetings and events for education, roundtables, workshops, networking and pre-set appointments.
The patented Hosted Buyer platform allowed attendees to see profiles of the other event attendees, search on profile criteria to see who they most like to meet, and request meetings with each other. The platform made it easy for users to manage their schedules, filling 100% of available meeting time slots. Over 58,000 user requests were made for the three-day event, and 93.5% of users received matched meetings, where one or both parties requested the meeting.
The three-day event took place June 11-13, 2015 in Orlando, Florida.
